Made-to-Order Products

Because made-to-order products are created specifically after purchase, production time is separate from shipping time.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are subject to review and approval by Rise 3D Printing.

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that we can complete the order.

Customer-Submitted Information

Customers are responsible for making sure all information submitted for an order is accurate.

Colors
Sizes
Quantities
Shipping address
Design details
Reference images
Logos or files
Any other customization instructions

Rise 3D Printing is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logo, image, character, name, trademark, copyrighted material, or design submitted for a custom order.

By submitting any file, image, logo, or design, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use it.

Rise 3D Printing may refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights.

3D Printing Characteristics

3D printed products are created layer by layer. Because of this process, small layer lines, minor texture differences, slight color variations, or small cosmetic imperfections may be visible.

These characteristics are normal in 3D printed products and are not considered defects unless they affect the function, safety, or intended use of the item.

Product photos are for reference only. We do our best to represent colors, sizes, and details accurately, but slight differences may occur.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purpose.

Unless a product is specifically marked as food-safe, it should not be used for direct food contact.

Some products may contain small parts or may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended when giving 3D printed products to children.

Rise 3D Printing is not responsible for damage, injury, or misuse caused by improper handling, modification, or unintended use of our products.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website.

We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping fees, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed or produced.

Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not always mean the order has been accepted or approved.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund when applicable.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, holidays, weather, order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.
