We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your purchase.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Many of our products are made to order, which means they are printed and prepared specifically after your purchase is placed.
Because of this, made-to-order, personalized, or custom products may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
This includes items made in a specific color, size, name, design, or personalized style requested by the customer.
Returns
We may accept returns for eligible non-custom items if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us first before sending any item back.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items with names, initials, logos, or custom designs

Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Items that have been used, altered, or modified after delivery

Sale or final sale items, if marked as final sale
3D Printing Variations
Please note that 3D printed products are made layer by layer. Small layer lines, minor texture differences, slight color variations, or small cosmetic imperfections may be visible.
These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects unless they affect the function or quality of the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, please include:

We will review your request and let you know the next steps.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom or personalized items are usually not eligible for exchange unless there is a clear issue with the order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be canceled if production has not started yet. Once a made-to-order or custom item is in production, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Customer Responsibility
Please make sure all custom details, names, colors, sizes, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
Rise 3D Printing is not responsible for mistakes submitted by the customer during checkout or custom order communication.
