Thank you for your interest in a custom order from Rise 3D Printing.

We love helping customers bring creative ideas to life through 3D printing. Please read our custom order policy carefully before submitting a request or placing a custom order.

Custom Order Requests

Custom orders may include personalized products, specific colors, names, sizes, designs, logos, modified versions of existing products, or completely new ideas.

To request a custom order, please contact us with as many details as possible, including:

Product idea or description
Preferred size
Preferred color
Quantity needed
Name, text, initials, or logo, if applicable
Reference images or inspiration photos
Intended use of the product
Any deadline or special request

The more details you provide, the better we can understand your idea and confirm whether it is possible to make.

Availability and Approval

All custom orders are subject to review and availability.

Before accepting a custom order, we may need to confirm the design, size, color, material availability, production time, and final price.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be made. If we are unable to complete your request, we will let you know.

Design and File Requirements

For some custom orders, we may need a design file, image, logo, or specific measurements.

If a usable 3D file is required and not provided, additional design time or design fees may apply.

We may also make small adjustments to the design to improve print quality, strength, or overall appearance.

Production Time

Custom orders may take longer than regular products because they may require design review, adjustments, printing, finishing, and quality checking.

Production time depends on the complexity, size, color, quantity, and material availability of the order.

Estimated production time will be provided when possible, but delays may happen due to design changes, printing issues, material availability, or high order volume.

Colors and Materials

Color options depend on the filament or material available at the time of production.

We do our best to match requested colors as closely as possible, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless confirmed before production.

If a requested color or material is not available, we may offer alternative options.

Customer Approval

For certain custom orders, we may send a preview, mockup, or confirmation details before production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully, including spelling, names, sizes, colors, and design choices.

Once the customer approves the custom details and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations

Custom orders may only be canceled if production has not started.

Once a custom order has entered the design, preparation, or printing stage, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns and Refunds

Because custom orders are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Customer-submitted mistakes, such as incorrect names, spelling, colors, sizes, or design details, are not eligible for refund once the order has been approved and produced.

3D Printing Characteristics

Please note that 3D printed items are made layer by layer. Small layer lines, minor texture differences, slight color variations, or small cosmetic imperfections may be visible.

These characteristics are normal in 3D printed products and are not considered defects unless they affect the function or quality of the item.

Copyright and Trademarked Designs

Customers are responsible for making sure they have the right to use any logos, characters, images, names, trademarks, or copyrighted designs submitted for custom orders.

Rise 3D Printing may refuse custom requests that involve protected designs, logos, characters, or trademarks without proper permission.
