We want to make sure you understand how our shipping process works before placing your order.

Processing Time

Many of our products are made to order. This means your item may be printed, prepared, and packaged after your order is placed.

Processing time may vary depending on the size, complexity, color, quantity, and availability of the product.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during the custom order process.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and carrier delays.

Typical shipping times may range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high order volume, carrier issues, or other situations outside of our control.

Made-to-Order Products

Because many of our items are made specifically after purchase, production time is separate from shipping time.

For example, if a product takes 3 business days to produce and 5 business days to ship, the total estimated delivery time may be around 8 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom 3D printed products may take longer to design, prepare, print, and finish.

Before placing a custom order, we may provide an estimated production time based on your request.

Custom order timelines depend on the complexity of the design, size, quantity, and material availability.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Rise 3D Printing is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

You can also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
