Are the products ready to ship or made to order?
Many of our products are made to order. This means your item may be printed after your purchase is placed. Some products may be available and ready to ship, depending on current inventory.
What are 3D printed products made of?
Most of our products are made using 3D printing filament, such as PLA or similar materials. The material used may vary depending on the product type, design, and purpose.
Will my product look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to make every product look as close as possible to the photos shown. However, because 3D printed items are made layer by layer, small layer lines, minor texture differences, or slight color variations may be visible.
These details are normal and part of the 3D printing process.
Are layer lines or small imperfections normal?
Yes. Layer lines and small variations are normal in 3D printed products. They do not usually affect the function of the item and make each product unique.
Can I request a custom product?
Yes. We accept custom order requests when possible. You can contact us with your idea, preferred size, color, quantity, and any reference images or details that may help us understand your request.
Custom orders may require extra production time.
Can I choose the color of my item?
For many products, yes. If color options are available, they will be listed on the product page. For custom requests, you can contact us before ordering to check available colors.
How long does it take to make a product?
Production time depends on the size, complexity, and quantity of the item. Since many products are made to order, processing time may vary.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Are 3D printed products safe for food?
Unless a product is specifically listed as food-safe, it should not be used for direct food contact. Most 3D printed items are intended for decorative, organizational, or general everyday use.
Are your products safe for children?
Some products may be suitable for children, but others may contain small parts or be intended for decoration only. Please review each product description carefully before purchasing.
Adult supervision is recommended for toys or small printed items.
